YOU ARE PHENOMENAL!
The Write and Speak Activation Challenge was a success!
It went by so quickly but I am so delighted that I was able to see it through to the end.
From idea to event was 3 weeks. Baring in mind that I had never done anything like this before much less, 95% on my own just following my gut instinct is a great achievement for me.
I learned a variety of different things and gained new skills during the preparation and the presentation of the event.
However, the biggest surprise that I had was seeing what I was capable of when I leaned into the process and trusted myself to get things done.
Anyone that really knows me, knows that I love to collaborate and give opportunities for others to shine as much as possible. So naturally if I’m putting anything together I’d be rallying the troops.
But this time, I felt it was important to just get my head down and get the course done.
There were friends that helped with deciding on content and vetting the idea for me. And I am truly grateful to each one.
I’m thankful to those who took a chance on me and signed up to the course, even though some of the ladies didn’t know me that well.
We had such fun!
I am thrilled that I took the risk and was able to share what I had learned in order to make their journey a little easier. So many people have done the same for me.
If you have something that you can share to make someone else’s life better and to help them solve a problem, please don’t keep it to yourself.
You are needed! What you have is needed! Take a chance on yourself.
It’s time to step out.
My last activation on the challenge was for everyone, including myself to decide on what their next bold move would be.
My next bold move is to do the course again but make it even better!
I’m super excited about what’s possible.
